What this service receives

When you sign in, the hosting platform provides your account email and, when available, your name. Scan intake may include company and facility context, selected standards, audit timing, notes, and the files you choose to upload. Public sales forms may also collect the business contact information you enter.

How the information is used

Information is used to create and separate your workspace, process the service you request, display job history, support human governance review, respond to inquiries, protect the service, and maintain an audit trail. Uploaded documents are not public media.

Storage and processors

Application records and private file objects are stored through the site hosting infrastructure. A configured diagnostic engine may receive the minimum job context and documents needed to perform the requested analysis. The product is designed to fail closed when that verified connection is absent.

Do not upload

Do not submit classified information, export-controlled technical data, personal health information, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, or material you do not have authority to provide. Redact unnecessary employee and consumer personal data before upload.

Retention and requests

Records are retained while needed to provide the service, preserve required proof history, resolve disputes, or satisfy applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the distributor through Eimers Business Solutions. Some audit or legal records may need to be retained.
