Decision support—not certification.

Purpose
A.I. Food Safety provides document organization, requirement mapping, gap-analysis support, corrective-action drafting, readiness measurement, and related workflow tools. The service does not certify a facility, issue agency approval, guarantee an audit outcome, or replace competent legal, regulatory, certification, food-safety, or professional judgment.
Authorized use
You must have authority to upload and process submitted materials. You may not use the service to evade safety obligations, falsify evidence, misrepresent compliance, or make an automated product-release or public-health decision without required qualified review.
Source materials and applicability
Results depend on accurate facility context, current source requirements, complete evidence, and the selected scope. State, local, product, process, import, export, customer, and certification obligations vary. You remain responsible for confirming what applies and for obtaining licensed copies of standards where required.
Governed output
AI-generated findings are drafts. They become released results only after the configured evidence and human governance checks are completed. A released result may still require correction when facts, standards, products, processes, or jurisdictions change.
No warranty of compliance
Readiness scores and corrective paths are decision-support indicators. They are not warranties of safety or compliance. Do not rely on a score alone; review the requirement, evidence, limitations, and approval history.
Service availability
A job may be held when storage, security checks, the diagnostic engine, evidence, or governance review is unavailable. A hold is a safety control, not a completed analysis. See the privacy notice and security practices.
